neongrizzly.com (Erik of internet comment etiquette's webstore) has had a gay frog shirt for years, if you're interested.

Having an official infowars one without giving Jones any money might be more appealing though.

I think most of the web wasn't encrypted by default until letsencrypt came on the scene just over a decade ago. (I remember a few "free cert" offerings that were entirely manual, and cost you $200 if you wanted to revoke a cert)

It's firmly the default now, and very odd if a site doesn't default to https.

Back when they still had staffed support, and were called twitter, I'd have to spend a week or more back and forth with them when I inevitably hit the demand for a phone number. Most of the time the account got unlocked.

This was usually a few weeks/months after they were in the news for selling people's phone numbers.

It's strange for formerly lost media to get a whole news story about it. This should, but still strange.

Hope more are found sooner than another 13 years from now.

Waypipe looks interesting.

The main advantage of x forwarding for me was when I'd randomly need it and had nothing set up ahead of time. Hopefully it starts getting installed in distros by default eventually.

Does not registering for selective service impact your ability to get a ham licence? I know it impacts some things.

I assume so, there were rarely any other files on the disc in this case.

It varied between games, one of the battlefields (3 or bad company 2) was what I was thinking of. It generally improved with later releases.

The 4GB file size was significant, since it meant I couldn't run them from a backup on a fat32 usb drive. There are workarounds for many games nowadays.

Currently requires a login, did that change since you posted it? Credit limits too.

I was attempting to generate an image of an OSHA violation and got an error.

It'd be nice to see the 'terahertz gap' closed finally.

Not for a practical reason, but it's been on my mind since I randomly found a wikipedia article about it.

Do you have some special setup?

Chromium is in the hundred and something MB range on mine last I looked. Might expand to more on install.

A few ps3 games I've seen had 4GB or more binaries.

This was a problem because code signing meant it needed to be completely replaced by updates.
