Is it possible to try your real estate AI agent? I've built a real estate data API (stream.estate) and would be very much interested to see how it works; maybe we can add some features to make that kind of project better.

Hello! Curious to know more. I work at https://stream.estate which helps navigate Europe’s complex real estate market with ease.

Our API aggregates data from public records and proprietary datasets, delivering a comprehensive view of the market. Using machine learning, we analyze this data to uncover trends and patterns—like price fluctuations or demand shifts—so you can make smarter decisions.

Would that be something interesting for Icosic? Or are you not addressing the European market yet?

The data normalization challenge across countries is indeed significant—cleaning and standardizing property data from different regions is no small task. Out of curiosity, what data sources are you currently leveraging for your model?

I'm involved with Stream Estate (https://stream.estate), a startup providing a standardized real estate data API in France, with plans to expand in Europe by the end of the year. It could potentially supplement your data, especially in regions where data density is a concern. Would love to hear your thoughts on data sourcing strategies for such a project.

I’m working on a startup that pulls real estate data across Europe. Could be handy for researching spots like Albania or sizing up rental markets. It's still in beta and we're opening countries as we grow. Available here: https://stream.estate

Are you aiming to publish these generated videos on IG and TikTok? Are people finding properties on social media in the US?

I might be a bit early, but when you're ready to launch in Europe, keep us in mind, we’re currently shipping our next-generation API version that aggregates all real estate data across Europe at https://stream.estate
