Is anyone training networks to detect deep fakes? As in you feed it an image and it gives you if it’s a real image or a deep fake

What I didn’t see discussed was the possibility of the reverse causation. People that have more diseases spend less time outside and therefore have lower levels of vitamin D.
Would explain why vitamin D supplements don’t seem to work in the studies mentioned in the article.
Does anyone here know?
Looks like your VPS Credit expired ;)
I like the gather.town concept more just judging by their websites. Does anyone have experience with both and can share how they compare?
but it doesn't make sense to allow multiple devices per number anyway
Why not? This is a useful behavior that is currently emulated by forwarding calls to laptops and tablets with the same account when the devices are on the same Wi-Fi. You could get rid of the Wi-Fi requirement if those devices all simply had an eSIM with the same number.
How does that compete with starlink? I suppose the bandwidth of a subsea cable is much higher, but latency is worse?
That would be rewarding incompetent schools and every school would try to have the worst scores to secure the most funding.
The incentive for dating apps is towards one night stands. If a relationship is formed on their platform they lose 2 customers and their revenue.
Hydrogen will not be a threat to any electric personal vehicle simply because it’s 3x less efficient (electrolyze water to split it) and thus 3x more expensive to run.
What issues with Docker do you have? I use it every day and have no issues
I can do the 3rd one too but it’s not very loud.
Have you thought about information gathering applications? For example inspecting power lines.
deel‘s employer of record program has been expanding to more countries quickly. Maybe check them out.
I’ve been using a vertical tab bar on the left in Firefox for a while, offers many tabs and lots of vertical space
On top of the points others in this thread have made, I think this is also a lesson for UX designers. It's really obvious how the Yayagram works and how to use it and this is how our UX should be.
Many things are moving to the browser, I wouldn't be surprised to see CAD or video editing running in a browser. They could then be OS agnostic, collaborative, introduce some kind of versioning instead of the project_v3_final.psd chaos.
The servers that mighty running on will also be upgraded overtime, so you don't really need to update
hilarious, I wish I would've been there
I can’t tell if you’re being ironic or not
What if we used load bearing batteries as part of the tower structure?
This could be something more like a planetary gearbox or a differential that can connect 3 systems (e.g. gas engine, electric motor, wheels in a hybrid car). But if requirements are too different 2 generators may be the better option.
The tower would probably need reinforcements for the additional weight, but I have no idea about the magnitude required.
Without knowing your situation, that sounds like job security to me. "If we go the simple route I'm obsolete"
Would've been interesting if they'd IPO through some crypto means, like on ether or something

Look outside the US and you can easily see how US Auto is uncompetitive.
Judging by the timeline on https://www.myshiptracking.com it looks like something that would be called pilot induced oscillation in aviation. Obviously speculation on my part, could be that loss of power weakened control authority over the ship and it became hard to manoeuvre.
The ship comes around the curve travelling north close to the outside (right, east, starboard) shore then overcorrect to the west shore then overcorrect more gravely to the east again and run aground.
While we're not in the hundreds (and I don't know our loc), what I've seen happen is that on top of having a large number of services you end up with "meta-repos" that contain infrastructure-as-code or you end up having a repo from which you build the company wide Jenkins image with its configuration and so on.
it's kubernetes all the way down
