It's a debit push payment. Everyone is issued a green dog virtual card and then the entire network works over debit (with a layer of abstraction that Apple builds on top).
I'm still waiting for my account to be upgraded to production. How do I get that prioritized?

Woah. Cuba story is super interesting. Shocking how difficult it is to make payments there. Is this a company that does this? Or does AirBnB hire the bike messengers directly?
