It's pretty easy to simulate that with a bit of mutable private state.

nit tests are not a silver bullet, but if you request passing tests and coverage to put in prod, you basically request a minimal & always up to date documentation.

I am really excited to see this happen from the big three. Amazon, Google and Azure.

The regular Visual Studio uses about the same amount of memory as VSCode while being an order of magnitude more complex and feature-rich.
