Kaia Health is a digital therapeutics company that builds app-based therapies to counter back & joint pain as well as COPD. We have raised a total of $50 million from top tier investors and are adding customers fast. Our mission is to bring affordable and accessible relief to millions of chronic disease patients.

We are currently doubling our team (as fast as is healthy; we are currently ~35 engineers) and are looking for:

  - Tech Lead (with Ruby on Rails background)
  - Backend Engineers - Ruby on Rails (Mid/Senior/Staff)
  - iOS Engineers (Mid/Senior/Staff)
  - Android Engineers (Mid/Senior/Staff)
  - QA Engineers

Environment: small, cross-functional, product focused teams with lots of impact on the user experience. Engineers are encouraged to contribute conceptually, join user interview frequently, and we emphasise engineering excellence. Stack: iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), Kotlin Multiplatform, Vue.js, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, AWS, Docker, Terraform, Elastic Beanstalk, Snowplow, Redshift, Looker. We also do Deep Learning / Computer Vision on mobile (2D/3D Pose Estimation).
