Productivity aside, what I notice most at work is that our offshore resources are submitting basically 100% AI generated work. Beyond the code itself, ever since we rolled out Copilot, their English has improved immensely. I have to wonder what is the point of keeping them on if they’re just sub-par prompting all their work.

I have ran into this. The solution is to put something like “Always use `git add -A` or `git commit -a`” in your AGENTS/CLAUDE.md

And you can easily prompt your way out of the typical LLM style. “Written in the style of Cormac McCarthy’s The Road”

I don’t understand how their various Copilot tools are so bad. Are they using a proprietary model instead of ChatGPT or Claude?

Does Copilot include system prompts at the extension level or the API level?

Humans are the bottleneck. Claude's output quality is proportional to what you give it.

I can’t say I’ve seen the “I’m an Agent” and “I’m a Human” buttons like on this and the OP site. Is this thing just being super astroturfed?

When it needs specific information, it reads the relevant file from the .next-docs/ directory.

I guess you need to make sure your file paths are self-explanatory and fairly unique, otherwise the agent might bring extra documentation into the context trying to find which file had what it needed?

Depends which side you’re on and how far. If you’re far-left, you’re thinking the administration is the Fourth Reich, you’re watching movies with Leonardo DiCaprio doing terrorist attacks on border patrol, and fighting the Gestapo. If you’re far right, you’re thinking the administration isn’t going far enough, Trump “is a cuck”, and Renee Good and Alex Pretti would be alive if they had just protested in front of a government building.

Maybe it’s not the place, so that’s why I can’t find anything, but I don’t see any mention of “AGI” or “General” intelligence. Which is refreshing, I guess.

Make sure you’re clicking “Keep” to “approve” the changes. It’s annoying but I don’t think there is a way around having to do that. Then if you manually edit something, you can mention it in your next chat message, e.g., “I made a few changes to <file>. <Next instruction>”

I’m not defending ICE. I’m questioning the logic. How does doxxing create “accountability” or deter recruitment unless the implied consequence is that someone might use that information to harass or harm them? If that’s the deterrent, we should be honest about what’s being encouraged.

I have to chuckle that a bug like this happens after reading that other thread about the Claude Code creator running like 5 terminal agents and another 5-10 in the web UI.
