When given a choice to protect murderous cops or prevent a fire, they chose to protect the murderous cops. All the cops have to do is go to jail, get a court date, post bail and sit at home. Why can't a cop that murdered someone be that inconvenienced?

It's the cops on each force they cherry-picked. The fact that they are chief of police means nothing, but that you don't understand the institutions involved and how they work. This stuff is in front of SCOTUS and congress right now. It's not simple and it is very broken.
The list of police chiefs & other officials is solid.
The list is solid ignorance of the institutions involved. It focuses on race of one part of police leadership and not police violence and the racist actions of many cops. Highlighting police chief race is a racial argument in the least and may be even a racist argument.

I don’t think that typical “pro-police forces” want to own the narrative of their cause being racist and violent
I think they do. Many cops seem to be very racist and very violent. It doesn't seem like they care who knows it. Even when they do care, they might not turn on body-cams which should be a fireable offense and now it finally is in at least one case in Kentucky.

The way brands package, label, and market their goods is not compatible with online shopping. In the store, a person can quickly evaluate value and buy different options on sale that they enjoy less than another product, but are a good bargain. Online, however, that type of shopping is a rabbit hole of overthought. It takes too long. The only way to speed it up is to remove the idea of evaluating options for value. Make everything a good value. If you can't do that for some product, then let it go out of stock.
Online shopping needs consistent pricing. People want to order what they like, at a fair value, and at prices that could only change every 4 to 6 weeks. If you're in the supply chain, figure this out please.

Yep, emotional solutions work better for many. An example:
1) Pay rent and all bills on time, fully. This is sacred. It is called the Golden Rule for a reason.
2) After rent and bills, take the rest out in cash.
a) Split the cash into the number of weeks it needs to cover.
b) Split the cash for each week into two equal parts. Put one half in an envelope labeled "Monday" and the other half in one labeled "Friday".
c) Hide each week's envelope in a different part of your room or house.
3) Put the first week's "Monday" money in your pocket. Spend it until it is gone or not. You decide. If you overspend, hopefully it was on a Wednesday because you must make do. Eat oatmeal, eat rice, eat spinach. Get through it.
4) On "Friday" put the other half of the week's budget in your pocket and spend it before you go to bed on Sunday.
5) Repeat
why are independent product manufacturers in the US / Europe still using Amazon?
They do it to sell to people that are shopping on Amazon in spite of every problem with it. Never being undercut by Amazon isn't important to these sellers. Think, "I don't want to live in a world where someone gets undercut by Amazon better than us".
The most reasonable explanation is that they were targeting Friday, but were late and so it was Monday. Firing 3,000 employees takes a lot of preparation. If there are a few corner case employee resolutions, that holds up the whole bunch
