Great point.
Great link, thanks.
I personally feel that "Cogito ergo sum" means that taking assertions on faith is simply foolhardy, because the only opinion that one can truly trust is your own. Not that you should take my word for it.
That is depressing.
"everytime you open your browser , by showing you quote". That amount of typos is terrible.

Could you please post a link of where you heard of this story? I would love to learn what became of it.
This is great! Thank you!
Webpages are files too...
Someone would have to program the computer either to the point that it can learn by itself, or that it can do everything already. Lots and lots of programmers would still be needed. And bug fixing would be an honored and stable vocation done by programming masters, it would be like the most minute and delicate brain surgery.
Why would telling the American people how much you are using the powers given by the people threaten your protection of the people? If Obama said how many drone attacks have been carried out, that wouldnt help a terrorist evade Drones. The idea that informing America of the amount of wiretapping that goes on would threaten the NSA's operations is seriously wrong. Unless the NSA is counting lack of oversight as an operation. Which is wrong.
Um, nine years? Did you read his post? If nine years isn't enough to recognize any flaws, than the software is flawed anyways.
It looks interesting, but why is a sequence of users that vouch for the final user detrimental? User(1) would vouch for user(2), which should make user(2) more trustworthy, and therefor have greater voting power. Wouldn't this phenomenon simply stack as user(3) becomes more trustworthy because of the trustworthiness of user2? So that the final user, user(n) would be more trustworthy then a similar user who only had a sequence of two users, with the final one vouching for him? Besides that, however, it looks like a good idea, and i personally am interested in the final product.
