I'm naturally left handed but as a child of the 70's was taught to do most things right handed. As for your two "tests" I can do them both. For the ring finger tapping I'm about equal strength for both hands.
It took me a long time to figure out why my mother always says I tie my shoes backwards. Trying to tie my shoes as a right handed person would is challenging.
So why is this a story? Aren’t there a bazillion companies around the world that provide tech to various governments and their agencies?

I have managed to do this without a directional antenna. I just kept trying. Using nothing more than a dual band vertical antenna in my attic with 50w power.
While Winlink can use the Pactor protocol, it is not required to use the system. Winlink is capable of using multiple protocols each of which fit to frequency, hardware and band conditions.

Very neat. I think that with some slight tweaks this could be very applicable to home owners associations. This model could also be offered as a hosted version like someone else commented.
