Inspired by OpenRouter's model fusion feature. There is a panel of models running in parallel and a judge to fuse the results.

I'm using it for my own deep research using tool calls. It's currently slower and more expensive for head-to-head prompts compared to OpenRouter's version, but with more work, it can be very similar.

Already, the responses I get are enhanced. Would love to hear what you think.

Sure, Gemma 4 is good, but the Chinese are leading the way. Why? What is it about their incentives that led to this strategic decision? Even Mistral in Europe is more dedicated to open weights than any US lab.

You're so right it's not about the tool it's about the culture and focus on excellence which translates to writing excellent internal docs for engineers to get things done. I'm not quite sure how recording everything would work. The real things we need are docs that are updated when there are issues with CI/CD after people read logs etc... recording things might work for more business or commercial teams but for us we just need people to keep everything up to date and well written.

We are entering an era in which companies can be scaled by very small teams of A* players. It marks a clear shift from companies operating as 'brigades' to becoming elite units. What do you think? And how will this affect the future of venture capital?
