The final seat to space purchased from Roscosmos cost $86M. [1] That's one seat, not the full vehicle.

I've run into these issues as well but haven't come across those packages. What plugins are you all using?
Interesting idea.
Assuming this is still under development, I thought my experience might be of use.
I input The Three-Body Problem (Cixin), Sapiens (Harari), Leonardo da Vinci (Isaacson), For Whom the Bell Tolls (Hemingway), Bluebeard (Vonnegut), and On the Shortness of Life (Seneca) and received in return...children's books!
Age-gating the recommendations might be something to look into.
What about "The Design of Everyday Things" strikes you as stale? It's been a while since I've read it, but I don't remember feeling that way when I was reading it. That being said, I was just getting started, so I was doubtlessly lacking context.
Can you recommend a book akin to Desi...Things that you feel better describes "modern" design?
Having not worked on large scale systems like what I imagine they must be working with, is this really true? I would have thought that a modern framework would make things easier. I've certainly had life made easier by modern web frameworks like React and Angular, although the support timeline is more on the order of 2-3 years, rather than 20-30.
