begining with lisp for web applications, building a web 3.0 framework based in domain specific modeling, async javascript raphael web desktop -> Shockets -> mongrel2 -> lisp services -> lisp objects -> rdf, will be open source when the code be a bit more elegant
you can try http://mongrel2.org/ with python, look for a simple template system like http://www.cheetahtemplate.org/ and for sql I likes postgresql or can probe some graphdb
some years ago I do some webs with python but i think that nodejs or lisp is better for web develop
well i think is a bad example, I dont test google+ and is more an example of what I believe , because of things that I read out there or imagine, i dont know, sorry for the confusion and for my poor language
The system works but is not really true that humans can not hear it, especially teenagers can hear and it's really annoying and can be painful, have existed for years about gadgets that make this sound and can be very annoying, I remember that even came into use in places where they did not want teenagers partying in the night and were legally prohibited such use
after a few years coding I used to learn things by playing with them from the start, and this form of learning is not very well regarded in Spain a country where for all you have to have an official title, for example I would love learn to sail a boat but when I comment that I doont want courses, that i want some good books and a sailboat I find it much more fun, they consider me arrogant :( , and is not arrogance is only another way to learn i think.

It is not easy for me to find people to talk seriously about an idea,when it happens often enriches the idea almost always some shade changes and I think these shades are essential for success and hard to find, for quite some time I think the ideas are overvalued, we have endless ideas in our heads, just have to stop and observe.

Could be that they are not using the correct language, If they have some domain specific language on top of common lisp for example, they will have much better code with less work, i think
