The screenshots and website are polished and look really interesting, however without a "free" trial upon registration a working demo is lacking. Am I missing it?

Aside from the huge money lost the investors have, my heart goes to the ~1000 car owners that are now stuck. I hope that there will be some money left to compensate them for being true early adopters and believers.

I also feel that it's too soon to judge Facebook Home. If this is only good for Facebook fanatics, do they really need it? I think that Facebook needs to come up with a better advertisement to show how Facebook home helps my mother, or someone who isn't that into Facebook, but uses it from time to time.

Entry level is entry level in my mind. If someone did a pivot in his career at the age of 40 (was a teacher/mother/whatever before) they should get special care, but not special salary. Remember that a "senior software engineer" position isn't for seniors, it is just for those with a few years experience in the field. Age (and gender.. and nationality, religion, etc) shouldn't matter.

The point is valid, although I believe the author misses the point of design by contract - if you don't explain, how will someone off site, or a few years from now will understand? Moreover, the buzz on the street is TDD which must know what the constraints were, before checking if they weren't broken
