So the idea is to arm the anti-war protestors, then put them near the officers who are running the war on the ground?
Maybe I'm being cynical, but I think there may be some potential problems with that approach.
Not worried at all.
If a nuclear war happens, you probably won't know about it for very long. So why bother stressing?
This is like asking whether you should be worried about the fact that you will die someday. If you sweat that sort of thing, you'll never get anything done.
That's human nature for you.
We're great at instinctively identifying immediate deadly threats, like a tank or an angry bear.
We're not nearly as good with slow cumulative threats, like climate change or UV exposure or smoking.
