I’ve had a pretty terrible experience with Sectigo/Comodo over the last few months, especially thru their acquisition. At the moment, I have certificates that are managed in two different portals, one for their previous brand and one for their new brand. Customer support told me that there is no migration path to manage my certs all in one place.

We are going to repurchase all of our certs in Digicert this year with which I’ve had a much much better experience. They are well integrated with Azure Key Vault which allows us to automate certificate renewal and our AKS clusters will automatically get the new certs without us doing anything.

I actually made a slack bot to do this exact thing: https://github.com/ridhoq/ditto. It was a quick side project to learn Elixir so it’s a bit rough around the edge. I'm actually in the process of refactoring to use the new Events API. But it’s been pretty hilarious to see the responses get better and better over time. If anybody is interested and wants to put it on their Slack, I may try to put it in the Slack App directory thing.

I'm interested in seeing how robust this custom allocator feature will be. I doubt it will be more efficient than C/C++ but it makes the language that much more useful.

That was really infuriating to watch. All of his arguments were pretty trivial and some flat out didn't make any sense. Git is so fast that it forces us to be anti social because we can't go catch up with other people in the time that it would have taken SVN to checkout a branch. Wait what? Git's speed allows you to develop faster without having stop gaps. Something else that is a shocker: Git doesn't force you to stop talking to others. All in all, this guy is grasping at straws.
