Senior full-stack engineer, 25+ years shipping software, Computer Engineering (University of São Paulo). Co-founded Gorila, one of Brazil's leading wealth-management fintechs — chose React Native to ship iOS and Android with a web team in 6 months (100k+ downloads), and as support director cut average ticket resolution from ~7 days to ~2 by rebuilding the workflow as a systems problem.

Currently I run Bookalyze, a BI platform for short-term rental management with paying B2B clients — designed, built, sold and operated solo, end to end. I work async by default: I write decisions down, unblock myself, and ship without supervision.

I treat AI as a thinking tool, not a shortcut — I architect and review, agents execute. This roughly triples my throughput without sacrificing code quality. Looking for: senior IC role at a product company (not agency/outsourcing), small senior team, async-friendly, USD/EUR contract. Fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese.
