OUR ASSESSMENT PROCESS:
1. Meet with our Technical Recruiter for a 15-minute introduction call
2. Complete a Technical Assessment. Don’t worry, no code reviews here! Our technical Assessment is a 60-90 minute conversation with one of our engineers, where they’ll dig a little deeper into your technical & soft skills.
3. Meet Commit’s CTO, Beier Cai, for a 30 minute final call.
4. If all goes well, you will receive a Commit Agency Agreement and be onboarded by the Success Team to be sent over to Start Ups!
WHO YOU ARE:
- Eligible to work in Canada or the US
- 3+ years of Frontend or Full Stack with a frontend-focused background in software engineering
- Experience working on SaaS, marketplace, consumer or infrastructure
- Entrepreneurial mindset and growth-oriented attitude
- Ambitions of excellence in your craft. Some of our past Engineering Partners have grown into CTOs, principal engineers, and joined companies as the first engineer!
