So yes for B-trees, but it seems to end with SELECT and a basic WHRERE query, no joins or anything like that

You can make them appear with View>Conceal passwords, but I'm fairly sure it hides them by default.

Membership to ACM (acm.org) comes with access to the o'reilly learning platform along with some other benefits and costs $99, so that's a pretty good deal. Have to admit I don't read enough to make it worth it though

The first time I scroll to the bottom it doesn't actually keeps the footer in the view, with a little bit of extra space to scroll. If I scroll further it starts infinite scrolling. So it seems they sort of tried to deal with this, but it should really be on top. Also when I first got to the site it was the Japanese version, which doesn't have intite scrolling for some reason

Between Keepass, 1passwword, and lastpass I've never seen a password manager that just shows the password without the user explicitly choosing to reveal it

I would assume most simulations would be more academic/business related, like how we have tools that simulate a wind tunnel, rather than for entertainment purposes

Assuming the AI isn't a distributed system, sure

I started off with keepass, then moved to lastpass for better sync, then moved to 1password because I didn't like how lastpass works. Each of them support various forms of exporting/importing logins, so there's not much risk of vendor lockin with those. I'd assume it's the same for other managers, but you'd have to check.

My biggest issue has been that I only saved passwords when I started with keepass instead of username+passwords, which lastpass all imported as secure notes instead of logins.

How is this a given exactly? In the original problem he only opens 1 other door. Now that also happens to be all doors except 1, but from just the 3 door problem that seems more coincidental than a fundamental part to the question

One I remember: Going off to the far right of the map of the first level, you'll hit a lava lake, followed by a deep pit. If you jump down the pit, it's a shortcut to the second level. There's also a bunch of rewards for exploring to overworld (you start at a cave entrance and are generally expected to go underground immediately)

Depends on the games you're playing, honestly. That "massive" latency is about 30ms from what I can find, which you're not really going to notice when playing a game like civilization or hearthstone.

Oh man, I did something similar once. Folder with customer files also had a temp folder that needed cleaning, so I wrote a program that went into the temp folder and deleted everything recursively. For some reason, the temp folder had a folder named ".." (no reason how anyone managed to create that). So I ran the script, and upon hitting the ".." folder, it started deleting regular customer files. Good times...

Perhaps not shovels, rental cars/excavators and such aren't too different from a subscription model
