If it is making money you could sell it off. You could also not give it 80% of your time, presumably it would be dysfunctional and not profitable at that point and you could justify laying them off. Or perhaps the division would operate less optimally but still create profit.

My understanding of how the term was used is this: Zapier has many use cases. Many customers buy Zapier for one or two use cases, not all the features offered. New startups are emerging that accomplish a subset of the use cases that Zapier addresses.

Have you tried another operating system? I have used Cinnamon on an XPS 9360 with an external display hooked up via thunderbolt to displayport adapter. I had some of the issues you described, especially the sleep issues.

I asked about this because I'm not sure your issue is totally related to using a thunderbolt dock. Laptops generally require a lot of OEM developed drivers to fully function. It is very possible you would not experience these issues with Ubuntu which is fully supported by Dell on the XPS.

I think the reply was trying to point out that if someone finds out they don't have time to go to the movies two nights a week they will cancel their movie pass. Because the gym is aspirational even if people don't have time one week they are more likely to tell themselves they will have time next week so they keep the gym membership.

It's hard to compare apples to apples here because AWS leverages infrastructure Amazon already had to keep around for seasonal surges to its core business. I do not believe that Google has excess capacity for seasonal demand.

Tldr all these comments - youtube dl got in trouble because they link to copyrighted material in the readme which from a legal perspective shows intent to circumvent copyright. If they had just linked to videos they had uploaded themselves as examples everything would be fine.
