I've searched for something like this before. I was looking to create diagrams in a markdown file. I found mermaid was a better option in that specific case. https://mermaid-js.github.io/mermaid/#/
Yes, it should not be the first option. But, under certain circumstances it can be very helpful. For example, if you have to support multiple toolchains and multiple architectures. Using inline assembly can let you consolidate many assembly files into 1 C file.
Can you provide links with information on countries that have discovered election fraud and banned mail-in voting? I could not find anything with a quick google search.
