I take it and use it as a shorthand for "where are all the first group when the second group is out in force" and vice versa. It applies to places with a tone and tenor.

Was it proof by contrapositive?
The cost is too high. You can't have mph and kmh signs on the same road. So you gotta switch all the signs at once. Mile markers, exit numbers (are miles), distance to signs, all have to change.
I did the math on a comment elsewhere. Just google how many miles of interstate there are, and quadruple it, thats not even approaching how many signs you'd need for just the interstate. Signs run $25-ish, plus installation, which can cost >$1000. At the very least the km markers will need to be installed.
Yeah someone thinking they screwed up to the tune of tens of mlllions of dollars (or billions, someone said 2^30 error); this is different to an auto accident or something. Most people can't even fathom millions or billions of dollars.
I'm stressed thinking about it, like from a theoretical standpoint.
Does panjandrum mean chaotic rocketry, flahy but worthless in the end?
They made a name over decades and now they're going to ride the name till the end of the company.
I really do wonder if MBA == evil.
My LG rotates, so there's a driver for that. That's all I know for sure. I didn't install the drivers.
My phone still doesn't have a calculator app. The thought of trying to add one that isnt wolfram alpha is anxiety-producing.
People in these comments are saying the US flag just represents white supremacy to them now...
The media has really done a number on us, basically throughout the West. I don't know enough about other area's media to comment.
That's not available in stores!
I think I'm gonna try and find a study that had the 50 hour sleep cycles
A bachelors degree should be a large jump in earnings. I think in the 90s it was stated that high school diploma was lifetime ~$600,000, bachelors was $1,200,000,and so on up to PhD at $6,000,000 lifetime median earnings.
So a bachelors degree should get something like 25-50% more money after graduatation than the median high school graduate.
Hackernews is very good at finding the decoy message. This is as funny as thedailywtf posters who post "code snippets" to fix some other code snippet, and every single code snippet is wrong.
I wrote about 10 albums and my music generally got better over time, but I just stopped writing because I had children; also less time for creativity with a family.
If I were forced to write music, now, for money or whatever, it would be bad music.
Yeah, as far as I know. Also github doesn't have my real name, for instance. I am sure they could know it, but I never agreed to any billing, either.
7-OH, then? Its much stronger, and doses aren't standardized. If I take a half tablet as suggested I'll just evacuate it within an hour. Quarter tablet is hard to cut, so doses are inconsistent. Its an awful product, the way it is sold.
It does, I saw it in Houston this past weekend on android auto and google maps, "police reported ahead; still there [yes] [no]"
Right, the Pfizer trial went way worse, removing people from the study for catching the disease, etc.
Squeamish *
pretty sad friendless hole not to know friends or family who ended up in hospital during the peaks.
I am unsure what fallacy this is, but it is pretty offensive.
Why do people keep saying 22? There's more than 22 videos of people suddenly falling to the ground after the vaccine mandates.
Does no one remember? I can't be the only one...
Oh, you made a category error, I think. Flu has variants and they sometimes "predict" which variant to prepare for incorrectly, but as far as I am aware the flu vaccine is very effective against the correct strain.
Vaccine the word came from vacca for "cow", and cowpox virus being weakened and injected to prevent cowpox.
MRNA is not weakened virus, it's a spike protein in this case.
Or so that's the argument.
Concord, the single largest failure by a game company (and really, most other companies too, except maybe movie studios lately). Wasn't that the backlash?
I recently discovered I am allergic to hydrocodone and codeine, and the effort I had to go through to get oxy instead was stressful and I felt I had to bring all of the extra pills with me everywhere to show I wasn't drug seeking or selling them. And I pointed out that inwaa shooting myself in the foot for all future desires by asserting I am allergic.
P. S. Opiates work, very well. If you tale one and it doesn't work, you might also be allergic. Hydro didnt really work, then itching and puking started after 2 days of untouched pain(essentially, a reduction of 2 points). Codeine nausea.
I wasn't aware of the possibility.
You'd have to stop importing the things you're not paying people enough to produce, otherwise your own products will be more expensive than the next nation over that has no qualms about poor pay for agriculture or whatever.
It all sounds great until the last 40+ years goes away, with the apples year round and bananas, etc.
Going back to just what you can produce in your country is gunna be a rude awakening for billions.
This is one of those things that will start a fight at a beach party so I'm just goongtto forget the two tenuous studies the FDA used to stand up the guidelines.
Seed oil is healthier than milk fat? Going to need some framing definitions, here...
Offhand, what was the overdose level? Because 150ng/ml (adjust if I messed units up) isnt an overdose and most people are around ~50 unless they supplement (I mean people outside the 25th parallel.) I think even approaching 300ng/ml is possibly safe as long as you're accounting for the calcium.
I aim to be around 105ng/ml.
They didn't say that.
