More than 50% of it's imaging business in 2022
I live in Canada and I have no idea what you are talking about with regards to the Canadian economy being in tatters. Perhaps you should be paying closer attention to the actual media.
Your reality check comment is giving me hardcore "Fake News" vibes but I'll lave it at that.
This take is bordering on delusional. It's the annexation threats, trade war, internal collapse of law and order, border issues, and complete disrespect towards a close ally.
Wrong country.
NWN1 is still being actively developed by BeamDog. Graphics are more dated but they are working on improving the engine.
Thanks for that city generation link. I'm adding that one to my list of DM tools.
Elite is also one of the better VR games available.
Is 34 considered elderly? Asking for a friend..
Jokes aside, my girlfriend upgraded to a LG V30 specifically because I bought one and discovered it had an enabled FM tuner by accident.
I've played all of the mentioned games except modern Final Fantasy titles and I think it's a big disservice to the TW3 to say it's at best on par with those games.
The only way I could imagine saying that is if you focus only on the mechanics of the RPG game loop and ignore world design, dialog quality, voice acting, characters, breadth of content, quests, etc.
Yes, I use OneDrive and I was hit with the Windows Explorer ad this morning. It's ridiculous.

Gamers typically use VoiceAttack[1] for voice control in gaming. It uses the built in Windows 10/8/7? speech recognition system and layers macros and basic programming on top of it.
My iphone 5 does it. Tends to be around the 20% mark.

The Creation engine by Bethesda is still highly mod friendly. For example, there is a fan-made total conversion mod being created for TES V: Skyrim that is a remake of TES III: Morrowind [1]. Also, the SureAI team is creating Enderal, a total conversion mod in a completely different setting [2].
HTC Vive is one alternative but it's not out yet.
IMO, being faster is a significant feature that increases productivity and it shouldn't be casually dismissed.
The page doesn't even render correctly in Firefox. Big boxes around the images and I assume they should should be transparent.
No, Atom is just slower.

I wasn't implying that republicans controlling all three branches of government would be good. In fact, it's rather horrifying considering the current state of that party.
However, even if democrats won back the majority of congress -- are there enough left leaning democrats enough to support Bernie's platform?
I think people put too much importance on the role of the president with regards to domestic policy. You can't expect the president to effect change if congress opposes the president 100% of the time.
Electing Bernie won't make a huge difference if the republicans still control congress.
This is very true. They've made some claims in the past about putting effort into PC gaming but now that the Xbox brand is struggling a bit vs. Sony maybe they're more serious about messing with the Windows PC platform.
Polygon podcast [1] where Tim is interviewed about his article:

Good for him, I hope others speak out as well.
I think I'm finally going back to Windows 7.
I'd rather pay full price for a OS release than become a product.
Of course, another issue is that the Windows Store is completely broken on my computer and quite a few apps no longer work (including Windows Calculator, Photos, etc.).
This is my experience. I have a late 2013 iMac with a spinner running El Capitan and it's one of the absolute worst OS experiences I've ever had and I've been using computers since the 80s.
My company has been using bitbucket for a couple of years and I personally haven't noticed much in the way of unscheduled downtime. Maybe once or twice during that time.
I wonder how much does this relate to Bertrand Serlet leaving the company. It seems to me that the quality of Mac OS X dropped quickly after he left.
The lossless option is nice but to be honest I had a lot of streaming issues with Tidal. For example, if I paused a track and walked away for 10 minutes and resumed it would hang and wouldn't pick the stream back up. I had to restart the track from the beginning (this is using the desktop app).
I'm in Canada so I didn't realize Deezer wasn't available in the USA.
