I had a similar experience. Not to discourage or demoralise you, but keep a close check on your cardiovascular system. I had 3 relapses (stenosis) since my first stents in October 2010. Did (and continue to do so) all the right things, have all the right measurements, blood and fat values. Yet every year in January/February I'm taken back to cardio-surgery for yet another stent because of yet another stenosis. Hope you fare better.

And that is probably the most scandalous part of the whole story. I don't want to hear any Dean Allen or Jason Hofmann apologists, whatever you do and whatever your troubles, you do pay those that work for you. I also like to say a big THANK YOU to Jacques at this occasion. I sometimes grumbled, but you kept the ship floating for as long as you could afford. Thanks for that.

I had posted a (maybe historically last) message on the forum just before it went down. In it I referred to arvixe.com as a potential replacement. I have no affiliation, but it looks nice, fast support response, lots of packages, cPanel (unfortunately), active twitter account @arvixe. If you guys are still looking, check them out.

I've not been so methodical in it as you but I've been checking out and throwing money at productivity tools just like you. None of them fit so far though I stuck with Things the longest. Will revisit THL as a result to reading your blog post.

Aha. So you're saying we can't compare e.g. the tweet volumes of the UK or France with Russia based on the size of the country as depicted on your map? BTW Canada and Greenland seem out of proportion as well. But regardless, I've been hooked on this map since I found out about it this morning. Fascinating.

Granted it's a big place, but if the size on the map is a representation of the volume of tweets, it appears as if 143Mio Russians have a higher volume than 600Mio Europeans (in more or less the same time zones). I had assumed that with internet penetration for Russia estimated at 60Mio (± same as Germany alone), it would not beat the combined internet users of the EU countries. I could be wrong though, just curious.
