Thats kindof complicated... I remember when an EMR only needed one sysadmin and no specialist knowledge... on our old system any errors were handled by the vendor.

I know a caboodle/cache admin at $dayjob, and I've never heard them mention chronicles... is it more of an internal codename than an actual function of the db?

Images for the Virtual Server for VPC (s390x architecture) are deprecated. Starting 28 February 2026, you can't create new instances from s390x images. Existing instances are supported until 20 February 2027. Any instances that remain after that date are deleted.

I'll admit that "OS snob who just wants to run VMS because they once ran it on Alpha" is pretty low on the freebie list, but they didn't even say no, they just strung me along until I gave up caring.

The only problem I have with these tutorials is that they're already outdated... I don't think anyone covers kicad 10 yet, and its quite a bit different than 9. (Individual dialogs might not have changed, but where they're located etc might have)

Can confirm, I've got a pi 5 here that's been running 24/7 for over a year (possibly two)... it boots fine, but anything else makes it run so slowly because the sdcard is trashed.

The current setup writes to the systemd journal at least twice every minute... It's next iteration is getting a proper nvme.

Technically the only difference between a tv and a monitor is an rf demodulator, and maybe speakers... and modern tv's can have neither (rf mostly died when tv went digital unless you're an OTA diehard), so there really isn't much of a reason for the split.

I've noticed that pressed discs work better than burned discs, but thats what backups are for... assuming you can get a working original that is...

Winbox having a Linux and Mac version is really nice... I'll have to try the Linux one at some point... hopefully it works as good as the Windows version did under wine.

I believe some clients (dhcpcd, networkd) also do the check on their side, so it's possible that they reject the lease and ask for a new one if it's in use.
