These were mentioned around the custom rotation strategy, any pointers to docs describing how it is done if the secret is an RDS Secret?

I am curious as to how it handles those race conditions where a connection is made with the older credentials just after the time the rds master key rotates, or a connection is made with the newer credentials just before the time the rds client key rotates. Short of using two credentials accounts ...

Sometimes it is forgotten that what is of 'value' is what is inherently scarcer. Today, it just happens that there is a shortage of automating agents (programmers, AI scientists etc.), once this opportunities (STEM) become common, they won't hold much value, and humans will value what is the next scarce thing (Hand crafts, Arts ? The future will tell)

It's more to it than simply open source it. I work for AOL, and know some folks who worked on Winamp on a personal level. Winamp has proprietory licenses for some of its codecs for every install AOL pays licensing fees which it does recoup via other services (such as search agreements with GOOG or Shoutcast major partners). If it were to AOL to open source it, it need to strip our those pieces, translating into few months of work on the clock.
