We need to update Stardew Valleys saloon game to play Doom

Blender is one of the most infuriatingly un-intuitive UIs I've ever experienced. It's always having to be used with it in one screen, a myriad of guides/forums/etc on the other.
Could definitely make some fun art or advertising pieces with it using blurred objects or people behind it like its frosted glass
I remember when Johnny Mnuemonic came out and he was hauling 320 GB in his brain and that was a WHOA moment.
I feel like that agreement gives the student a "win" in their minds, that they were going to do anyway, but now its approved so they can feel some labor lifted on their end.
Same. Apple and Adobe seem to constantly have updates that feel one step forward, two steps back in a lot of places.
its coming! josh gad pitched him an idea for it and got it up and running
The original ghosts had specifically written patterns: Blinky chases pac man where he is. Pinky targets 4 spaces in front of you. Inky targets based on Blinky and Pac's positions. Clyde sticks to a corner until you get too close.
They only reverse on their own when the mode changes or you get a power pellet, otherwise they have to wait until a corner, otherwise you end up with behavior like you see in this where you both quickly dance back and forth on the otherside of a wall
Exactly. But we have no real coordination or uniform application in how we're creating PDFs across all these programs so we always end up with a fun mix of what will and wont be static, scalable, searchable
I've only used them a handful of times when Lyft rates were insane/too long and one instance it was driving erratically, and the other it ended up stopping me 5 blocks away at first. And with the Michael Scott water nonsense lately, absolutely would not trust that moving at high speeds.
So this means all prices are finally coming down soon, right? RIGHT?
It always seems that Adobe outright resents their users.
Welp, there goes my productivity for the next week
Airtags use Find My as well once you're out of bluetooth range. The tag offers more precision once you get into range, down to inches supposedly whereas Find My is more of a general 30 ft radius
Have we successfully ported Doom to a beeper yet?
For X, it's people and bots using chatgpt grasping for a piece of the payout pie using "reply guy" and engagement bait tactics for sure. There's nothing really happening on there, just a race to see who can rack up the most likes and replies to get a check.
so more of a 'bad storm here and there' level?
But will Claude pick up complaining guests and put them in a tiny isolated section of the park that only has a bathroom that charges $10 to use?
Yea it can basically short circuit your thinking when trying to talk, BUT oddly enough it helps with stuttering with a short enough interval. There's in-ear attachments people can use that do this exact thing and it helps reduce the amount of stuttering and the brain getting stuck on a sound. My brother uses one, its crazy how it works
When I used to play, Bandcamp was always the most band/creator-friendly platform
oof. i'll be holding off after seeing all this. already have to deal with adobe's bad updates
Value your time, or others won't.
Exactly. Branding and UX are breaking out of the box for guidelines in the successful platforms. You want to be able to pick up any device and have the user know exactly what theyre doing
That's why I always get as close as I can until I feel my form suffer, then stop that set. I've hurt my neck a few times, and it's always been from "oh i can push ONE more..." then suffer for it. It's never been worth 100% optimized gains. A few people I know did the same with deadlifts and paid for it, right now one's awaiting back surgery that's basically cost her all her savings.
It wouldn't be as bad if everyone wasn't trying to turn into a business microinfluencer with constantly upbeat posts not really adding anything of value and "What I messy divorce taught me about B2B synergy"
this is something web and mobile devs can skip a lot of times it seems these days. testing on only the best screens or most recent device simulators and they leave their work looking like a mess across screens because its optimized for something specific rather than checking or being responsive
what you chose was 100% wayy too good to pass up, that wouldve been the first thing pun-lovers pointed out if you chose anything else. because ITS RIGHT THERE
Having spent some time in post-production, this reads more like a “please don’t get us sued”
Can absolutely be a great tool in addition to one's skills, it's when people solely use it at a crutch and dont do any due diligence is where it can be a mess. Friend of mine's son is in college for computer science and he's been skirting by having AI doing all his heavy lifting without actually understanding what he's doing and how the code works. Then when he landed a solid internship, he started spiraling because he didn't know how to do any of the tasks.
