The problem that is being raised here is with the ethics of those who smear an individual's reputation while refusing to admit they were wrong and knowing full well that it is impossible to undo the damage even if they did, and of those who end up supporting the former by shunning that individual.

As to the platforms themselves, they are still usable for in-person interviews and practice.

I am trying this approach right now. It is difficult to do it for big concepts because they take time to recall in their entirety and can't be reduced to one key idea to be recalled quickly. It may also be hard to estimate what interval to use, and bloated repetition sessions are killing the whole idea of spending some 10s of minutes a day, causing a sort of fatigue if not outright burnout.

Many people have these repos with a fork of some opensource project with like 2 commits in it, or something not parting too far from a template project. You can, but it requires passing their exams. Apparently, that section about misuse is a warning of sorts because the title is very generic in the industry, and employees will be inclined to use it because everyone does so everywhere else.

It would be understandable if it were for scams or using ads for illicit goods, but I can't imagine it being a tenable business practice for a corporation to keep a negative permanent record over a minor transgression where no-one is hurt. Are they being pushed by some regulations? Were those rules "written in blood" somehow?

This sounds weird. Have you abandoned native apps altogether? You must be using notepads, pdf viewers, terminals, etc. People are still constantly in touch with low latency and low-bug UI and I like to believe that because of this native apps will prevail in some form someday.

"Content" is the common denominator word for everything that ends up on a platform. Some of the content is art, some is DIY guides, some is game playthrougs. And some of it no one will even bother to classify because of how random or useless or bad it is. Some "content creators" make this stuff specifically for the absurdist joke of how pointless or offensive what they are making can be while it is not removed from the platform and still gets them views. For this stuff, there is lack for a better (or more specific) word than "content".

If you are asking why, you are not acquainted well enough with the russian mentality with (dis)respect to the west. Unless somebody rubs the scale of atrocity their ancestors commited into the following generations, they will feel like they got away with it, and perceive the west as soft and weak. Much in the same vein as Russia brazenly buying weapon tech and luxury items and electronics from the west, its rich and powerful spending holidays in and sending their kids to study in EU and US. This sounds like some mix of whataboutism and willful ignorance of the scale of the conflict and its atrocities, as well as its economic implications. Energy crisis, immigrant crisis, grain crisis, the need to pour in billions in weapons. The fact that a literal army of almost a million is defending, the scale of use of weapons such as cruise missiles by Russia. The amount of people whose grandparents have lived through Nazi invasion or camps, to see same and worse again. The last but not the least is the fact that among all other countries which Russia is trying to disrupt or annex, it has the most interest in Ukraine.

I am kind of living by this; I really don't see how a "menial" job experience transfers onto "exciting" jobs. If you want to do ML or program computer graphics, 5 years of writing CRUD code in Python will probably not do wonders for you. Unless of course before that you had scarce programming experience, and even then I don't see why would you need to sit all of those 5 years out.
