I'm having a hard time imagining the audience for this product. EDU most likely isn't going to go with this product due to cost (and can get easily complex, imagine trying to juggle all the expansion ports being lost by students), and typical audiences for ChromeOS devices don't always overlap with audiences who want easy repairability (and most likely are purchasing the device for the lack of nuances that other OSes provide).

I recommend watching LockPickingLawyer's video on the lock the parent comment is talking about: https://youtu.be/y4XGY0_cwcM. Master used a very pick resistant core for their LOTO locks but skimped out on the higher priced general-use models.

It should be noted that ASML pretty much has an monopoly on the EUV Lithography market... At least that's what they said at the CYMER (Subsidiary of ASML) tour I went to recently. I'm not exactly sure about the DUV market, so I won't comment on it.
