I dont know, a set of anonymous reviews of somebody does not sound like a measure of anything related to that person.

What will these reviews really tell me?

None of the reviews in the profiles that were linked here seemed to provide an quantifiable metric of any sort unlike say a set of LinkedIn recommendations or StackOverflow reputaton points.

Basically the only help your phone provided is to give you guts to defend yourself in court. The data you obtained with google tracks has as much legal authenticity IMHO as data you could pull out of your behind. But the fact that you asked the officer the right questions and he didnt have the right answers is in my opinion why the judge decided in your favor.

btw here is a similar story with an iphone and a radar detector http://www.americanbankingnews.com/2011/01/21/radaractive-he...

From usability standpoint, they have this google-instant-search-esque thing going where they produce instant search result with text as soon as you start typing. So unless they are hitting the APIs of every provider you authorized to them and searching through them in near real time, they are storing the data.
