You can copy and paste, but not cut and paste. Moving with the mouse isn't so bad though -- you can select the files and start dragging them on top of folders. If you hover over a folder for a few seconds, it will open, and then you can hover over another folder to open it, etc., until you get to the place you want to be.

Firefox and iTunes are the broken ones. Most other apps handle the zoom button correctly -- they resize the window to be just big enough to fit the contents.

Also, why doesn't Apple have an app store for Mac software? That would be pretty cool (of course they'd still have to allow people to download/buy the traditional way -- the Mac App Store would be optional)

It looks nice, and dashboards are cool, but I'd be hesitant to give you any passwords. So hopefully all these services have some sort of API key/oauth/other authentication mechanism.

a) probably -- SF is full of programming jobs b) maybe -- rent isn't cheap (unless you live in a scary neighborhood) and finding a room to rent might be tough c) it's rarely hot in SF -- it's usually mild to cool during the day, and often cool to cold at night e) nope -- you should have a good time, especially if you live in a fun neighborhood (like the Mission)
