Haven’t tried the app and not to be disrespectful but I would prefer something like system wide app that can explain the highlighted text anywhere after pressing a shortcut in a tooltip. That way anywhere if you find any word or sentence you want explained you just highlight press shortcut and find out and continue reading, was looking for such app but didn’t find any lightweight single purpose app
Yeah it should have your preferences for things to do stuff based on your aesthetics but I see how it could become security nightmare
I’ve been toying with a concept inspired by Apple’s Find My network: Imagine a decentralized, delay-tolerant messaging system where messages hop device-to-device (e.g., via Bluetooth, UWB, Wi-Fi Direct), similar to how “Find My” relays location via nearby iPhones.
Now add a twist: • Senders pay a small fee to send a message. • Relaying devices earn a micro-payment (could be tokens, sats, etc.) for carrying the message one hop further. • End-to-end encrypted, fully decentralized, optionally anonymous.
Basically, a “postal network” built on people’s phones, without needing a traditional internet connection. Works best in areas with patchy or no internet, or under censorship.
Obvious challenges: • Latency and reliability (it’s not real-time). • Abuse/spam prevention. • Power consumption and user opt-in. • Viable incentive structures.
What do you think? Is this viable? Any real-world use cases where this might be actually useful — or is it just a neat academic toy?

Also a security tip, mosaic like he used in the picture is not a safe way to hide sensitive data, especially the one that has movement like in the gif where he is scrolling down, the mosaic changes and gives more data to reconstruct original. The safe way is to fully black out, but be wary of not plain color almost opaque marker tools, it could look like black out but playing with contrast will still reveal the data.
Should some one buy domain for a website that will aggregate and display the graveyard of buried project that never advanced beyond domain and logo ? maybe IdeaGraveyard.dev ? haha
