The statement made by the title is a GREAT stretch even for the most imaginative. This is not close to a google docs clone.

That was a tough, but totally worthwhile read... deeo breaths, puts the phone down
I've never watched anything on twitch, but I just sat through a bunch of your old recordings, and really enjoyed it! I'm a dev and really like pairing, where I work now they hate it, this was kinda nice to relive that pairing-ish vibe :D good work :D
I really enjoyed reading your code, it's got a great style. Play on :D
that landing page is pretty sparse on information, and the only next page is a sign up page. Spend the holidays organising your landing page(s)
AirBnB does this today, had to go through the process a few weeks ago to create an account to book a room! And of course the process failed,.. and of course we thought we were going to miss out on our room booking,.. and of course I now really dislike airBnB
There are a few of these kicking around now. In a similar space is the "Pact" group of libraries. Give them a look in too:

I can second that. Personally I'd like to see them support symbolic links so version controlling and rolling deployments of static websites becomes a little easier.
Don't be afraid, I would always hold someone with ethics above a peer of comparable ability and background. Testifying against someone who has done wrong would only prove an ethical standing.
Try to pivot, I started a small business landscaping, not because I felt my coding skills were not going to see me through but because I also felt unproductive on weekends and lacked social interactions, fresh air and exercise. I found from the experience I've learned a great deal about dealing with people, budgeting, forecasting, contract management, negotiating, the list really does go on. Not all of that is immediately beneficial to my 9/5 job but things like dealing with failure, problem solving on the fly, thinking lean about solutions so I can get something for the client in a day, two max! I only have a weekend to produce. It's been great!
A lot of the time once you have a good understanding of some of some more mature practices it doesn't take any longer to do the 'right' thing.
