I've been using the Tachyons style since IE6 on my platform - never looked back! https://meta-os.com/ It shrinks the total amount of CSS & style enormously as well.
Vivaldi is an excellent replacement

the BBC were very careful not to explain the difference between "legal" & "lawful", "crown court" & "common law court", and jurisdiction.
