because the developers would be stuck with the version the manufacturer ships with the device, this way all users are on the same version. they could still open source it though
try downloading it from apkmirror.com
They can have your IP but just streaming itself isn't illegal in Germany and since you actually don't personally seed the content here you might just be ok.
So that's an iPhone screenshot on what appears to be a Nexus 4 without the navigation buttons with the android contact icons but there isn't even an iOS version yet. The first screenshot in the playstore shows the windows phone version and the second is the actual android version, what?
