I switched from vscode to zed as a way to keep things interesting at work and now I mostly use zed, it is faster for larger codebases and also have a interesting design which is simmilar enough but with some aspects that feels like a whole different thing.

I think this could be a good compromise. Could have a floor value but the ceiling can vary accordingly.
