Google doesn't own chromium, they can't just do anything they want with it. Yes they contribute a lot to it but they don't own it.

The way I did was to install vim mode in VSCode. Because running head first in vim without any plugin would slow down any serious dev work that needs to be done. Every addon you add has it's own learning curve. So at least with vscode you're in a familiar environment and you can still get work done.

Two great features they have are:

- The ability share a local service to your peer by simply forwarding a port.

- Remote debugging. Participant 1 can start a debugging session and Participant 2 has access to the full debugging introspection without interfering with the host's session.

They’ll probably use that argument to justify their action. “See we saved you from yourself, look how low it got”. But who knows what would have happened if the trades weren’t stopped. The system is rigged.

Great idea, however the main page is pretty loaded in terms of information. There's 9 tiles, 4 button each, date/pictures/tracks/likes.. I just don't know where to look.

I recently interviewed for both Shopify and Hashicorp. Their technical assessment were clear, not tricky and allowed for any tools or documentation. The recruiters also explained what to expect at each stages and how to prepare. I didn’t make it through either but it didn’t leave a bitter taste in my mouth.

Don't think cobra and viper should be the default CLI framework. They're useful but overkill for most use case. I personally find that the standard lib has more than enough power to do everything.

I'd just suggest creating your own side project and copy a make file that uses the same tech stack and see how they do. Strip it down move it all around. Good ol messing around!

I highly suggest, [CoC](https://github.com/neoclide/coc.nvim). It's a simple LSP client, you'll get the exact same coding experience as VSCode. Then you install the [coc-tsserver plugin](https://github.com/neoclide/coc-tsserver) or any LSP server (gopls, omnisharp, etc..) and you're good to go!

Been using spectacle for years but since it's no longer maintained I had to moved to rectangle. Very similar, love it

No matter what, after 100k loc, you'll encounter language quirks that irritates you. It's a matter of how complicated it was to find and what the work around is.

I agree. I would rather keep things minimal and have 90% correctness, than a weird and complicated interface that's 99% right.

Rich people got "lucky" but they don't define what luck is to begin with. To quote Naval, there are 4 kinds of luck.

1. Blind luck - Where I just got lucky because something completely out of my control happened

2. Luck from hustling - luck that comes through persistence, hard work, hustle, motion. Which is when you’re running around creating lots of opportunities, you’re generating a lot of energy, you’re doing a lot of things, lots of things will get stirred up in the dust.

3. Luck from preparation - If you are very skilled in a field, you will notice when a lucky break happens in that field. When other people who aren’t attuned to it won’t notice.

4. Luck from your unique character - You created your own luck. You put yourself in a position to be able to capitalize on that luck. Or to attract that luck when nobody else has created that opportunity for themselves.

Doesn't this defeat the purpose of the entire automated phone system? An agent time is precious the automation is there for simple tasks that doesn't require any intervention. If everyone starts requesting an agent it'll clog up the system for everyone.

I love chatbots, but I'm not sure creating a postcard is the correct application. There's so many question to answer. If this was a form there would be only 3 fields and could be complete extremely quickly.

To me the bottom line is I can't be "part of the US". My personal values are not represented at all and I believe their leaders are making all the wrong choices.
