One thing I don't understand that how is firing founding CEO serves to be keeping the company growing and finding new revenue sources? isn't just a terrifying signal to the market that the board has lost faith in the long-term viability of the company by making such big decisions as firing a founder CEO?

can you elaborate on how you are going to make investment of $100k to private app companies like Uber, Snapchat, and Tinder given that you didn't get to invest in their angel rounds and it was hard to tell that those apps were gonna succeed?

Agreed and exactly this is what I was thinking while reading this! Positive thinking vs. naivety differentiator was not there!
