Humans aren't really built for communism on a large scale either. We are tribal, capitalism gets around that with incentive and greedy individual reward for doing something that generates social improvement at scale (nation-state) level--trade, commerce, interaction, communication. the whole "book learning nerd not living in the real world" is quite cliche these days, there are much better descriptors such as emotional, literary, mathematical, etc intelligences. Someone may be high in all of them or in just one or none.

I have certainly had conversations with redditors who prefer this kind of government control planning down to the meter. He'd be wrong. If all federal funds were cut off most would lose 5-10% of their funding income. It would suck for them, but they'd still be fine. Elon had it entirely wrong and implied they were just a state run propaganda source.
