The problem with ai is that it's extremely good at front loading everything. Sure it can make a scene, but can it make 20 scenes that are coherent? Can it follow human prompt for story? Or do you prompt and hope the result is like you wanted? Which leads to inevitably settling for something you did not.
In fact I would argue that if he was cancelled like the mob wanted it would reflect badly on mullvad, If you cave to a bunch of Twitter warriors am I supposed to trust you from keeping my privacy when the government comes knocking?
It's really hard not to hate ai, You have so many reason - destruction of hardware market - democratization of skill (to the lower common denominator) - tech bros literally stealing and scamming with no repercussion

How is that even a viable business model? I don't know a single self host person that would pay a subscription for something they are hosting
I think the problem is with people downloading perfect configs from other people, I put the time to make my own, not overly complicated, basic window rules, nothing fancy. And it just werks, haven't changed it for 4 months (outside of rewriting it in lua, which took 30min and was quite fun).
My first hyprland experience was with ML4W (nothing against the guy) but as soon as you download it you get 10 config errors and you don't know where to begin. I took the same philosophy as arch, I install only what I understand, and this way my config grew over time, my games where spawning in 2nd monitor? I look up manual and fix it, etc..
The only reason why Linux hasn't gone mainstream (talking about desktop pcs) is because of schools and prebuilt-pcs. Majority of pc users don't even know what OS they are running.
Users reflect the platform. You make reddit, you get echo chambers. You make 4chan, you get edgy contrarians.
Users that thrive in those enviroment stay, others leave. LinkedIn is a scourge to the job market, being force to publish your entire life for everyone to see to find a job is completely dystopic.
Keep in mind logic bug that ai makes are extremely hard and expensive to fix as the clanker needs to parse thousand and thousands of lines of text every prompt while a human tries to explain what it's obviously doing wrong.
I hate ai so much because its so easy to generate quick slop that "appears" functional.
I've always thought the bigger dangerous of ai is drowning the actual talented people in a sea of slop.
That future is coming no matter what.

There is too much corruption, nothing can be done at this point. Atleast CIE app works on graphene for now so I can do everything else on the web. If they block that idk what I would even do.
