I don't get it. Stay on the version that you still think is good. Nobody forces you to update. Just don't update Hugo if you don't need its new features? We're talking about a static HTML generator here, not some backend server that needs security updates. Why is it so complicated for people to NOT do a thing?

Grief is complex and deeply personal, and is not about fitting someone else's expectations... Losing a dog hits different because their presence is so genuine and uncomplicated. They provide unconditional comfort. That connection is usually way less complicated than the ones with have with people.

Good job! Is the layer with the cities names supposed to appear too? I would have a lot more fun having only countries names appear on the globe and trying to guess the location of the city within.

I haven't tried Windows 11 but on 10, a lot of these tweaks and opt-outs are available in the system settings now.

You can backup the registry or create restore points but I don't think that you can selectively revert these changes like a commit. If you don't intend to reinstall Windows often, I would just take the time to go through these settings manually instead to be on the safe side...

This is how I discovered Amon Tobin! I remember when the 'Theme From Battery' kicked in, I put the controller down and listened to the whole track before going on Google to find out who did this.

I don't know but I hate my Samsung more and more for how intrusive and needy of my 'consent' it is, and the UI has always been slow and unresponsive like it runs at 5 fps or something. The panel itself is great but I think I was happier with the state of TV tech two decades ago.

Linux might have provided fertile ground for the adoption of Git but Git had to exceed existing standards to achieve its own merit-based acclaim. He created these two tools that both have achieved high degrees of utility and widespread adoption within their respective domains.

Cemeteries are often sad creepy dumps to start with, which cultures different than yours would find disrespectful of the dead. To me, OP would help integrate these places into the life of the community, honoring those who are interred there.
