How many calories are you eating, and what is your fat/protein ratio? A higher fat rate might get you the energy you seem to be lacking.

No citation, but If you think about it it makes sense: is you have no fat left, and aren't ingesting enough calories, your body would rather burn muscle than organs.
Reduce your protein and increase your fat intake. Ideally, 80-90% of your calories should be from fat. Excess protein is converted to glucose.
And blindly following academic consensus is good?

If they are censoring, then yes.
You would have to be adding that either US intelligence ops are so much more talented than Chinese ops, or that China is so much more principled than the US. Neither of which strike me as accurate.
If the US is doing it, China is at least TRYING to do it.

We need a corporate death penalty: when a corporation has been convicted of murder out other acts, the corporation should be dissolved, the assets sold off, and the proceeds distributed to the victims families. As it stands now, the execs get their gold, the corporations get a slap in the wrist, and then it's business as usual.
