Seems like it was a bug or glitch, price is now back to $990 and no Black Friday mention.

It appears that there's a Black Friday deal right now to get the $900 VIP Package (professionally designed, etc) for $5.80.
Or it's an error.
There's a link in the article to an Android app they created called Skimmer Scanner that does exactly this.
FWIW - I've set ridiculously low buy orders on Bitcoin exchanges and had them filled by flash dumps and I wasn't the one who caused the crash.
Crypto markets are notoriously volatile. This isn't the first nor the last time this will happen.
Accenture does do custom software.
You just summed up most public defenders.
I hope he gets a real/competent lawyer.
Maybe your server is overloaded or having some other issues - but didn't work at all for me on Android+Chrome. Tried multiple times.
Also tried in Desktop Mode, and received a server error.
Still interested in trying it out, will wait for a bit.

I'm just about to release a TTS API into alpha. Contact me (details in profile) if you're interested in chatting more about it and to try it out.
You don't need a login at all, actually. You can confirm an email if you want, but it's not (currently) required.
Typically I will not delete the record but will set an Inactive or Deleted bit on the record and exclude those from queries, unless the data is sensitive in nature.
I do this after years of experience of users wanting to retrieve deleted data, even years from when the record was originally deleted.
On larger datasets I'll then have a task run at a specified timeframe that will go through and cleanup/delete all of the Inactive records.
Seems the default root password is 'default' or 'password', and is listed in their manuals / documentation.
At the end of day one, possibly day two, of the site being down and losing money, I would have already transferred services and moved on.

For posting data, you could check connection status (or $.ajax error callback) and if the client cannot access then store the data locally using localStorage [1]. When the connection becomes available again then post all data from localStorage to the end-point and clear out local store.
Totally understand, and I did open my laptop and check it out. Looks nice!
FYI - The link you posted hangs up on:
"Loading... (or you have javascript disabled)"
Using Chrome / iOS
"Mobile site is not available at this time Please browse the full site on your desktop."
No option to use the desktop/full version via my mobile device? Maybe some information about your offerings that compel users to open their laptops and check it out would be beneficial.

Great idea, but aren't there some laws that prohibit recording people without consent?

Would you read / inspect each letter going out? What would stop a bad guy from sending a threatening letter to the President using a fake name and return address? It'd be postmarked outside of their actual city, with no link back to them unless you're logging IPs.
Any examples of what the sites could/would look like, without signing up?
