I find your approach quite bad as a recent user. It is really difficult to get new content onto HN while similar posts from a subset of users gets popular.

Do you have any more information about the success of the UK's GDS? How do you evaluate their success? Are there any similar EU organs? Do you know any ways for a CS student to learn more about governance?
