I want in the lawsuit. Why can they restrict buy orders for one class of investors while others are not.

I want in the lawsuit. Why can they restrict buy orders for one class of investors while others are not.
I want in the lawsuit for blocking the ability to purchase stock. This is not fair to small investors that may want a long position.
