Got a replacement fan from Ebay from a seller in China, replacing the fan was a little bit harder than the youtube tutorials but it worked in the end.

I used my nuc as a server 24/7 for an year before the fan started failing and now it works just as fine as before.

I have a synology Nas at home with a 6tb storage which might suit your needs.

The photostation app backups my cellphone photos to the NAS, I also have daily glacier backups and backup to my home desktop regularly.

The only caveat is that due to security, I restricted web access to the nas storage, so that the pictures are only backed up when the cellphones are connected to my house network.

Tiny Tiny Rss.

You can use some css themes to have tiny tiny rss to look like google reader.

I tried fever for a while but stuck with Tiny tiny, for me it works better due to the customization options and lower server footprint.
