If a new user came to Ubuntu, like this person has, Unity will effect the reviews of Ubuntu. So IMO they will not care if its Unity. It's still on Ubuntu. So if this user was to say Ubuntu just sucked ass, then they're talking about the whole OS in one. Not just Unity.

I really, really, really, REALLY, hate screen casts when the person who is in it has his cam up while coding. ITS SO ANNOYING! I don't want to see your face. I want to see the CODE!

It's alright in the beginning/end. I don't really mind showing your face for the intro. But while coding, please keep it off!

Consider learning Web Standards and HTML, your HTML is bad. Place all that JavaScript ether in a different .js file or bottom of the page.
