Basically the company wants to make money off it so are pushing it and it’s problematic due to it being less easy to use then standard gps cords, words sound the same, and most people have no idea what it is (and nor should they learn lat long)

The company pushes it hard and some fall for the marketing

But locally here most SAR teams are against it

No just that factory farming animals maybe shouldn’t be allowed. I have no problem with eating free range animals that live outside and are humanly treated and slaughtered even if the price goes up. I do have a problem with animal abuse which factory farming is.

Also it could do with some regulation banning people who win to much shouldn’t be allowed
