Beatdapp is a ~50-person startup delivering audio and streaming integrity technology to media platforms. We process data at TB/PB scale to protect the royalty ecosystem, generate authentic recommendations, and detect AI-generated content.

We are looking for an experienced ML engineer (+3 years) to work on our inference systems and data platform. In this role, you will be executing ML engineering, cloud platform/infrastructure design, and building ML model inference systems. You'll be a good fit if you have deep experience across different data stores, distributed systems, caching, and data transfer protocols. Our team manages and maintains integrated software systems, including inference containers, data processing pipelines, and feature stores/generation platforms.

Stack: Multi-cloud (AWS, GCP), Docker, Airflow, Python, MLflow, BigQuery, SQL, S3, GCS, GitHub Actions, Terraform.

The team is collaborative, and low-ego - we're looking for talented engineers who are comfortable working on projects that move at the pace of weeks rather than months and who love learning. Nice-to-haves include experience with audio/media systems, signal processing/spectograms, speech detection systems, computer vision, GPU hardware development, and event streaming systems.

Beatdapp is a ~50-person venture-backed startup that helps music streaming platforms detect and eliminate fraud. We process data at TB/PB scale to protect the royalty ecosystem and power clean, authentic recommendations.

We're looking for a Data Platform Engineer to help build and own our ML recommendation systems. This includes K8s cluster management, data pipelines and processing systems, and live inference APIs. You'll have the opportunity to work on our organization ML platform and shared engineering systems as well. It's a tight-knit team where people typically work on multiple projects based on interest and opportunity.

Stack: GCP (BigQuery, GCS, Pub/Sub), GKE, Airflow, Python, Redis, Bigtable.

Beatdapp is a venture-backed ML/music startup based in Vancouver, Canada. We're a relatively small company of ~50 people that works with media companies to solve data intensive (TB/PB scale) problems using ML and classic data systems engineering.

We're looking for a:

- Cloud Infrastructure/Data/MLOps Engineer

to work on our ML recommendation systems, but you'll probably get the opportunity to work on other data systems and the rest of our ML platform as well.

The team pretty great, lots of collaboration and no egos. If you like video games or tabletop games you'll fit right in. Your stack would probably include a lot of GCP (BigQuery, GCS, ...), K8s, Airflow, datastores (Redis, BigTable, etc.) and Python.
