I agree that theres no hope of such a project ever happening in the USA unless it’s on private land, and even then someone is going to object and sue to stop it for some shortsighted and probably selfish reason.
Yeah in Radiology we depend on Epic and a remote reading service called VRAD. VRAD runs on AWS and went down just after 0130 hrs EST. Without Epic & VRAD we were pretty helpless.
Why are the years in this article preceded by a zero? For example instead of writing the year as 2011 it’s written as 02011.

I implement EMR’s and related software. They slow down the process of providing healthcare to the point that medical scribes - personal note takers / assistants - are basically necessary to keep things rolling smoothly.
